Hosted by Gretchen Kainz & Emmett Ward. Gretchen is a military veteran with over 20 years of experience as a professional coach, facilitator, and trainer. She is a Shadow Worker® and currently serves as ADR Advisor to FEMA. Gretchen has facilitated at several Women Revealed’s retreats. Emmett serves as an Ombuds for FEMA and leads Ward Mediation Solutions, which provides comprehensive basic mediation training and continuing education programs
