Fall 2024 Gold Groups - Registration Open NOW
The content for any of these groups is designed to help you know yourself in deeper ways, gain new insights, and enjoy the support of others who are doing the same. Within each group, you will be given many new tools for self-processing and self-care.
Gold Groups are built upon a foundation of confidentiality, inclusivity, and unconditional acceptance. Each group is specifically taught how these principles are practiced within the group, and in everyday life.
Every Gold Group is led by a trained facilitator and is formed and begins at regular intervals during the year. Most of the groups are held virtually so women across the world can come together once a week. Periodically we offer in-person groups in Illinois and Texas. Tuition ranges from $200-$480.
Codependent No More
This curriculum will be focused around the book of the same name - Codependent No More by Melody Beattie. The book has long been considered the gold standard text for those interested in better understanding their own role in relational dynamics where caretaking of others, past or present, has become a source of unhappiness, discord, anger or resentment. Together we will look at what codependency is, healthy detachment from destructive behavior patterns in those we love, and how to engage in better self-care. The month of September will be dedicated to reading the book in your own time, followed by 8-10 weeks of deeper discussion on topic areas and paths to self-growth and healing presented in the book.
Offered Monday 7-9pm CST starting October 7, 2024 on Zoom.
Parenting
Attuning to your children’s emotions and being attentive to what your children are feeling, and treating those feelings with respect, is a most important skill. It helps develop your relationship with your children so that they can become more receptive to each other and what it is that you want from one another. While our children give us many opportunities to learn, it is a parenting skill that has not often been modeled for us, leaving parents frustrated, angry, feeling shame and many other emotions. Having the non-judgmental support of other women and learning together is an opportunity you won’t want to pass up.
Length: 9 weeks.

Enneagram - Knowing Me, Understanding You
What is the Enneagram? How can the Enneagram help me? Which number on the Enneagram am I? The Enneagram (meaning “nine ways”) has roots in several wisdom traditions over centuries. Understanding the Enneagram can take a single workshop and an entire lifetime depending on how deep you want to go. This group will provide an introduction for people new to it, and a deeper dive for those who are somewhat familiar. Joining this gold group will provide you some steps on a journey that will last for as long as you are seeking to understand yourself and others better. It will help you know yourself more deeply, find ways to escape destructive patterns in your life, and find grace that you may have been struggling to find for others. There is always something new to learn, and in many ways the group will learn from one another because nobody is “just a number”.
This group will use the book “The Road Back to You” by Ian Morgan Cron and Suzanne Stabile and recommends completion of the RHETI enneagram test. More details will follow with registration.
Length: 12 Weeks
