This curriculum will be focused around the book of the same name - Codependent No More by Melody Beattie. The book has long been considered the gold standard text for those interested in better understanding their own role in relational dynamics where caretaking of others, past or present, has become a source of unhappiness, discord, anger or resentment.

The month of September will be dedicated to reading the book in your own time, followed by 8-10 weeks of deeper discussion on topic areas and paths to self-growth and healing presented in the book.
