• discover more about yourself and what helps you uniquely heal and thrive using your animal metaphor.
  Don't have an animal name or need an update? You will have an opportunity to develop this.

• use your inherent intuition and creativity (the stuff you were born with, absolutely no need to have advanced art skills) to get in touch with the parts of you that may want nurturing.

• strengthen connections with other revealed women through authentic discussion and shared experience.

She provides counseling to women, men, and teens in Illinois and Colorado.
