EQ stands for Emotional Intelligence, which is being aware of emotions, both our own and others. EQ Parenting is raising emotionally intelligent children by treating their feelings with respect. This type of parenting is our best bet for raising children to be successful in their lives and to have a lifelong & loving relationship with their parents. 

In this online workshop, we will learn about EQ Parenting accompanied by many practical examples. This workshop is for parents, grandparents or anyone who interacts with children of all ages. This is also a great opportunity to learn skills that you can use to bring love and healing to your inner child.

• How to know your child’s emotions

• How to accept your child’s emotions

• How to handle conflict with love that results in connection vs. separation
