The Shadow
The Shadow
We all have parts of ourselves we’re afraid to show to others. This is proper and useful, but it can become a problem when it prevents us from being who we really want to be. The term “shadow” was first used by Carl G. Jung to describe the repressed or denied part of the Self. Those who lives closely with us often sees more of us than we can perceive ourselves. We are often blind to ourselves and can't see our true nature without projecting it onto others. Join Cliff Barry in this online workshop as he teaches on:
The concept of the Shadow
The origins of Shadow Work®
Understanding the projections we put on others, and how to use these projections to create a deeper understanding of our own shadows
Tools we can use when we notice someone projecting on us or others
Hosted by Cliff Barry. Cliff designed the Shadow Work® Process, founded Shadow Work Seminars, and co-authored the manuals for all Shadow Work trainings. Cliff has been facilitating since 1988. He has led workshops and trained internationally.
